Privacy policy
Effective October 13, 2026
This policy covers spectarehealth.com: what the website collects, why, who handles it for us, and the choices you have. It does not cover the services we provide to physician groups under contract. Those are governed by our written agreement with each group, including a business associate agreement where the law requires one.
Please don’t send patient information through this site
This website is not built to receive protected health information. Please do not put patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, claim numbers or other patient details in the request form or in an email to us. If your practice works with us, claims data is shared under our written agreement with the practice, not through this website.
What we collect
When you request a claims review
Your name, practice or group and email address. If you choose to give them: your phone number and any notes.
When you email us
Your email address and whatever you write.
When you use the claim checker
The claim checker runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us and is not stored. We count that a check gave an answer and which kind of answer it was (for example, that a claim looked eligible), never the details you entered.
When you visit
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views and a few actions: opening, starting and sending the request form, the kind of answer the claim checker gives, and on the IDR outcomes pages which period, state or service code was viewed, whether a download was made, and the kind of verdict the Worth filing? page gives (never the amounts typed in). Umami does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not identify you. It sees the page, the site that sent you, and your browser, device type and country. We have set it to respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting, so with Do Not Track on, nothing is counted.
Our host, Vercel, processes standard technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies, and it has no advertising or social media tracking. Its fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To answer your request, arrange a claims review and send you a confirmation email.
- To follow up with you about the service you asked about. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To see which pages are useful, fix problems and keep the site secure.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Google (Gmail) delivers request forms to us as email and carries our email with you.
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the request form.
- Umami provides the visit counts described above.
Each handles information to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep review requests and the emails that follow for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Visit counts are kept in aggregate and do not identify you.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email stone.bodini@inspirehealthalliance.com. We will answer within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, your state’s law may give you further rights, and we will honor them.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. We still treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and we limit who can see review requests. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise it never will be accessed without permission.
Children
This website is for physician groups and the people who run them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will say so on this page.
